This policy explains what information RadioForYou collects when you create a personalized broadcast, and how it’s used. It applies to the RadioForYou website and broadcast service.

Information You Provide

To create a broadcast, you give us details about yourself and the person you’re creating it for, which may include: the recipient’s name, a birthday or other occasion date, city and country, the occasion or celebration being marked, your name as the sender, a personal message, and any pronunciation guidance you provide. We also collect the email address you use to pay for your order, so we can confirm your purchase and reach you about it if needed.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. RadioForYou does not directly receive or store your full card details. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy and security practices.

Generated Content

The script and audio generated for your broadcast are stored so that your broadcast can be played back and shared using its private link.

Third-Party Service Providers

To create and deliver your broadcast, the information you submit may be processed by service providers we rely on, including:

• Anthropic — generates the broadcast script.
• ElevenLabs — generates the broadcast voice and audio.
• OpenWeather — provides weather and location context used in the broadcast.
• Stripe — processes payment.
• Cloudflare R2 — stores paid broadcast audio.
• Plausible — privacy-focused, cookieless website analytics.

IP Address and Security

We may process your IP address temporarily for security purposes, such as rate limiting to prevent abuse of the service.

Broadcast Links

Broadcasts are accessible through private, unlisted links. Anyone who obtains a broadcast’s link can listen to it, so please share links only with people you intend to have access.

Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

Please only submit information and content that you have the right to provide, including details about another person named as a recipient.

Data Retention

We do not currently offer automated deletion of your information or generated content, and it may be retained as needed to provide and operate the service. If you have questions about your information or would like to discuss deletion, contact us at support@radioforyou.net.
